On 13 November 2022, the VLCC "OKEANOS" (GT 81,270 – DWT 160,000), laden with 135,800 tonnes of crude oil, was disabled due to main engine problem, about 80 nautical miles off Dubai, UAE.

On 14 November, Tsavliris despatched the AHT "BRITOIL 41" (BHP 9,186 – BP 150) from Dubai to the assistance of the casualty arriving on 15 November with towage commencing on 17 November.
On 18 November, the convoy arrived at "MINA RASHID A" anchorage, Dubai and the tug provided standby services until 23 November when the operation was successfully completed.
